What do you get when you mix Lower School families, a pile of Easter eggs, and a great cause? A pretty awesome morning of community service at the Bridgeport Rescue Mission (BRM), which happened on Saturday, March 28.
We kicked things off with some serious crafting action—stuffing eggs with treats and making bunny goodie bags with a shared goal of bringing smiles to recipients faces.
Next up, Ms. Tatiana read "Saturday at the Pantry", and the lower schoolers nailed the key takeaway: everyone needs help sometimes.
Then it was go-time. Our crew hit the pantry and restocked it like pros—fast, focused, and impressively organized!
Huge thanks to Ms. Sarah and the BRM team for having us. And shoutout to our hardworking (and very enthusiastic) LS volunteers—you did amazing!
