GFA Wins Halo Award
It was a standout season for the GFA Theater Department, culminating in recognition at this year’s Halo Awards—a statewide celebration of high school theater programs, presented by Seven Angels Theatre. With 98 schools participating, the event highlighted an impressive range of talent and creativity from students across Connecticut.
GFA received 11 well-deserved nominations and was honored with an individual award: Isla ’28 for the Best Performance in a Featured Male Role in a Musical. It was a proud moment for the entire cast and crew, whose hard work and commitment to their craft were on full display throughout the season.
