For the first time in more than a year, a couple hundred people were able to gather on the GFA front lawn in celebration of the remarkable Class of 2021. The June 10 event brought together students, families, faculty, staff, trustees, and alumni, all under one tent.
On June 9, GFA hosted its first-ever Baccalaureate ceremony, with parent and trustee Mike Greenberg P ’19, ’21 as the featured speaker.

It was announced this week that Hannah MacDonald of Stamford and Henry Mcdonald of Westport were named valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively, for the Greens Farms Academy Class of 2021.
For the first time this year, Class Day welcomed GFA students, parents, grandparents, and friends to campus to celebrate various achievements. These annual awards commemorate those students who have shown academic, philanthropic, and mission-driven success throughout the 2020-21 school year.
The annual Eighth Grade Moving Up Ceremony marked the first time in over a year that the school was able to host an event in its Janet Hartwell Performing Arts Center. Last Friday, families flocked to the theatre to celebrate the Class of 2025.
After a very successful year competing virtually, members of the GFA Quiz Team will be taking part in the National Academic Championships on Saturday. This is the third consecutive year that GFA has qualified for a national tournament.
