GFA Gets Fit! 

Join us for a friendly, healthy — no judgment — competition for the whole community! 

How to participate:

• Follow GFA Athletics on Instagram or Twitter, or check in here to see the different challenges throughout the week. There will be new challenges every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 
• Students & Faculty/Staff: Classes compete against each other and faculty. Whichever group has the most participation at the end of the week (Sunday 5 p.m.) wins! The group with the most wins during distance learning wins a prize!
• Record or photograph any part of your workout and DM it to @gfa_athletics or email a screenshot for your submission to count.
• "Nominate" someone else in their class to participate in the competition for a bonus point.

Judgment-free zone

• This is an opportunity to relieve stress/burn energy/get fit while at home, while connecting with our GFA community
• This is for everyone of all interests and abilities! 
• Coach Mike or Coach Jen would be happy to answer any questions about specific moves, additional workouts, etc.
