How to participate:
Follow GFA Athletics on Instagram or Twitter, or check in here to see the different challenges throughout the week. There will be new challenges every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Students & Faculty/Staff: Classes compete against each other and faculty. Whichever group has the most participation at the end of the week (Sunday 5 p.m.) wins! The group with the most wins during distance learning wins a prize!
Record or photograph any part of your workout and DM it to @gfa_athletics or email a screenshot for your submission to count.
"Nominate" someone else in their class to participate in the competition for a bonus point.
This is an opportunity to relieve stress/burn energy/get fit while at home, while connecting with our GFA community
This is for everyone of all interests and abilities!
