Sixteen members of the Greens Farms Academy wrestling team have been named Academic All-Americans, the school has announced.

The list was compiled by the National High School Coaches Association.

Headlining the list is the senior group of Ronnie Christolin, Gabe Girabaldi, Xavier Giles, Joey Iammuno, JT Schneider and Nate Taylor. Each of those Dragons will wrestle in college next year.

Joining those Dragons are an equally impressive list of underclassmen include: juniors Kingston Daniells Silva, Dominic Iaquinto, Brady Kaupp, Izzy Kittredge, and Ben Zuckerman; sophomores Harry Kittredge and Cael Wilderman, and freshmen Kayla Batres, Brigton Karvoski, and Jeremy McGrath.

"GFA is so proud of the work and dedication these 16 student athletes have put into not only wrestling, but excelling in the classroom," Upper School Director of Athletics Jen Harris said. "Their engagement and excellence on and off the mat has pushed them to be the best versions of themselves and a true representation of what is possible through hard work, perseverance, and passion."

Iammuno was the lone First Team selection while Taylor, Schneider, Giles and Batres were second team choices. The remaining Dragons were selected as Academic All-American honorable mentions.

Athletes who are named Academic All-American by the NHSCA must carry at least a 3.6 grade point average (on a scale of 4.0).
