Arts in the Spotlight
Visual Arts
Visual Art students enjoy the benefits of a broad studio based education—learning the importance of observation, technique, concept development, and critical thinking. Students learn to engage in creative discourse, with an active vocabulary and understanding of how to make art, critique it, and write about it.

Performing Arts
Our Performing Art programs are collaboration and inclusion at its best. GFA offers an exciting and busy schedule of yearly instrumental concerts in classical music, jazz, and other popular genres; dramatic and musical theater productions; and a wide variety of ensemble and a cappella choral music performances.
