Mindfulness provides us a toolbox of exercises and games for “how”—how to help children feel calm, how to focus, how to work with big emotions, and how to be clearer in who they are—tools for life!

Kindergarten Paleontologists

As an educator, you always try to keep an eye out for your students’ passions. We knew before we began Kindergarten's weeks as paleontologists that we had some dino-enthusiasts — you can see from their clothing, their water bottles, their masks. We brainstormed for one month and then I had a thought — let’s do a simulated dig.
