GFA Student Wins U.S. Judo National Championship

Greens Farms Academy sixth grader Julien Meunier-Skornicki notched eight wins at this summer’s 2023 U.S. Judo National Championships, winning the gold medal in the Golden Score-Intermediate-Male-Medium Light division.

Meunier-Skornicki, who started the sport seven years ago, swept his last four victories at the U.S. championship to take the gold medal in his grouping.

He competes for Total Form Fitness Judo and Wrestling out of White Plains, N.Y.
