Visit GFA

We are proud of our 44-acre campus on the Long Island Sound, a five-minute walk from the Greens Farms Metro-North train station, and just off I-95, exit 18.

The best way to get to know GFA is to visit when school is in session. That is why we require every family to visit for a campus tour and interview. In addition to the campus tour and interview, many families wish to attend the Open Houses.

We encourage all families, particularly those applying for Middle or Upper School, to come to campus to attend a show, watch a game, join us for Homecoming, or any other event you see listed on our calendar. It is a wonderful way to see our community in action — and community is at the heart of everything we do at GFA.

Our Student Ambassadors love showing new families exactly what they love about their GFA experience.

We hope you'll plan a visit to get to know us better through the eyes of the students who call GFA home.

After 13 years here, I know GFA like the back of my hand. I love sharing my experience with others, and talking about the relationships I’ve formed with teachers and how they have helped me succeed inside and outside of the classroom.

I went to public school for most of my life, and came to GFA my freshman year. I know this can be a daunting process, so I am happy to answer questions and help people understand wonderful culture and supportive community at GFA.

I have been at GFA since first grade, and know a lot about the school. My favorite part of being here is the environment that we have created — people feel safe being themselves.
