During my 43 years at GFA, I was actively involved with community service. I always strived to ensure that GFA could reach beyond its walls. Providing students who might not otherwise be able to attend the chance to enroll at GFA, a school that has meant so much to me, is the best part about the Denes Scholarship Fund. GFA is a different, more diverse, school from when I first arrived; let's maintain and enhance our commitment to that mission of diversity.
The Denes Fund is special and important to me because it is a means of carrying on some of the values that I feel are at the heart of GFA. The current financial situation makes it harder for us to provide additional funds for needy applicants. Now in its fifth year, this fund needs your help. If you have the ability to do so, I respectfully ask that you give to this worthy cause, either for the endowed portion of the fund or for immediate use. Your support will help share with some deserving students the opportunity of the life-changing experience of a GFA education.
Thank you to all who have given or will give; I am most appreciative of your generosity.
