Directions: |
Via Interstate 95
Take I-95 South into New York. At Rye, take 287-West, towards Tappan Zee Bridge. After about 10 miles and after passing Exit 1, Route 287 divides. Stay right onto I-87 South and briefly follow the New York State Thruway South toward New York City. Almost immediately take the exit (Exit 7A) for the Saw Mill River Parkway South. Follow Saw Mill for about two miles to Exit 17 (Ashford Ave./Dobbs Ferry). Go straight on Allen St which turns into Ashford Ave., through 4 traffic lights. At last light, Ashford becomes Broadway / Route 9 and there will be a Stop & Shop on the left. Continue on Broadway up the hill, and immediately keep to the left. Take first left on Clinton Avenue. School entrances are on left.
Via Merritt Parkway
Take the Merritt Parkway South into New York. Take Exit 26 (in New York) onto Route 287 West. Follow directions above.
For gyms: take first driveway on left.
For playing fields: take last driveway on left. |
The Boys Varsity Lacrosse team beat The Masters School of New York by the score of 15-2 on Tuesday. Sophomore Max Tarika (Fairfield) had a career day with 6 goals on the afternoon. Also scoring for the Dragons were junior Justin Arzi (Weston) (4g,1a),sophomore Brendan Bieder (Southport) (1a), seniors Will Pavlis (Fairfield) (2g,4a), Chris Tarika (Fairfield) (1g) and Max Perron (New Canaan) (2g). Senior long pole middy Charlie Ross (Darien) also added a beautiful assist on the afternoon. Senior Harry Garland (Westport) continued his faceoff domination winning 16 of 20 draws. Freshman Riley Grady (Darien) and senior Will Swett (Darien) combined to make 10 saves. Next up is The Wooster School on Thursday. |
