Lower School Conferences:
Thursday, March 1               12:40 pm - 5:00 pm
Friday, March 2                     8:00 am - 3:00 pm
 
Middle School Conferences:
Thursday, March 1                   7:50 am - 8:00 pm
Friday, March 2                         7:50 am - 3:00 pm
 
Registration period for LS and MS:
for families with three or more children in the LS and MS          Tuesday, February 7, 6 am
for all families                                                                        Wednesday, February 8, 6 am
 
Registration closes for all at 4 pm on Friday, February 17.
 
The link to pickAtime and detailed directions will be available once registration opens. Your login from Fall Conferences remains the same. Click 'forgot password' on the pickAtime page if you need a reminder.
 
For parents who also have children in the other divisions:
Please schedule your LS and MS child(ren) on pickAtime. US student names will appear as part of your online profile but, since there are no US conferences at this time, you will not be able to schedule them.
 
Additional notes for fifth-grade parents:
Fifth-Grade Conferences will begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, March 1. You will be signing up for a 25-minute period which includes a 15-minute meeting with the homeroom teacher followed by 10 minutes with the other Fifth Grade teacher. You will see an additional slot for a 10-minute meeting with Drew Meyer, Head of the Middle School, to discuss your child's transition to that division. Particulars about this meeting will come directly from his office.
 
Note for eighth-grade parents:
You will see an additional slot for a 10-minute meeting with John Elmore, Head of the Upper School, to discuss your child's transition to that division. Particulars about this meeting will come directly from his office.

Directions
Following are basic directions for scheduling your Parent/Teacher Conference Appointment:

REGISTER

1. Enter your e-mail address and push "Login/Create Account"
2. Fill in the required fields to register
3. Click "Add Student"
4. For each child enter their Student ID and Security Value (your daughter’s birth date) and click on "Add"
5. Once all your children are listed push "Done"

ACCESS (if you registered with pickAtime in the Fall)
1. Enter your e-mail address and password; push "Login/Create Account"
2. If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Forgot My Password" and follow the prompts
3. If you have multiple children at GFA and need to add any to your account, click  "Add Student"
4. For each child enter their Student ID and Security Value (your daughter’s birth date) and click on "Add"
5. Once all your students are listed push "Done"

SCHEDULE
Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend at the left shows you which teacher corresponds to which color. Click on a square to book the time you would like.  After you set when you want the reminder e-mail to be delivered, click "Create Appointment".  Repeat until you have a conference with each teacher.

NB:  You may find it helpful to consider the meeting place as well as the time in order to move around the building most efficiently.

SIGNING IN AGAIN
If and when you return to the site once you are registered, all you need to do is enter your e-mail address and password. The system will know about your appointments and the students you added to your account.

Additional Notes About Conferences:

We recognize that some two-household families prefer to schedule separate conferences. If this is your arrangement, please indicate this in an email before registration to parentconferences@gfacademy.org; your child(ren)’s log-on information will be sent directly to you.
