The photography program at Greens Farms Academy is comprised of three, year long courses that take students from the basics of camera operation and computer image editing though the elements of composition and design leading to increasingly more complex and challenging problems in creating visual imagery. Students are encouraged to discover their own photographic vision and style, combining a mix of aesthetics and technology, creativity and technique to solve visual problems and make their own artistic statements. Building a portfolio and learning to present and exhibit photographs in regional and national competitions and electronically is a significant part of the learning process.
