Dr. Marcus Eriksen visited GFA promoting awareness of the plastic waste gathering in the world's oceans. In three days, Eriksen and GFA students built a raft, which they named 'Fish Wish', from recycled plastic litre bottles, similar to larger boats Eriksen has sailed in the Pacific. Eriksen and the Lower School successfully launched 'Fish Wish' into Long Island Sound.
